The Spada Gallery: masterpieces and history of the Collection

On the European Heritage Days, the Spada Gallery dedicates a guided tour to its art collection, formed over three centuries. The tour is focused on the collecting of Cardinal Bernardino Spada and his family, with a description of the famous masterpieces in the collection. A stroll through the beauty of Baroque and the great master painters.

The visit ends in the Secret Garden, where architect Francesco Borromini built in 1653 the amazing Perspective Colonnade.
