The annual subscription period runs from 1st August to 31st July. The annual subscription rates are shown in the table below. Prices exclude VAT.

Other organisationsAll organisations (including those outside of the UK) should email the EDINA Helpdesk directly for subscription quotes, explaining who will be accessing the service (i.e. employees and/or members). For membership organisations EDINA has developed a formula for calculating subscription fees. The suggested EDINA subscription fee for an organisation is based on the following formula: Number of members of the organisation OR number of staff members multiplied by 5% of the membership fee of the organisation .
