Welcome to Newsline, the newsletter of EDINA, a JISC-funded National Datacentre.

With this issue, both online and printed, we inaugurate a new, cleaner, more readable, and (we hope) more useful style for Newsline. For the online version, each article has its own web page, which links back to this table of contents page via the "breadcrumb trail" at the top of each page. The table of contents below has a short précis of each article, making it easier for readers to find and get to the article(s) that interest them most.

If you have any comments about this online, or the printed edition, do not hesitate to make them known to us. A contact email can be found at the bottom of this page.

In the meantime, we hope you enjoy this issue of Newsline!

This edition of Newsline is available as a PDF download (306 kb). You can also view all stories together on one page.
